Executive Chef, Tony Howell, ensures Cape Lodge’s menu is altered every day in order to utilise fresh, regional ingredients and include a vast range of fine wines. Those featured include premium Margaret River and meticulously cellared vintage wines which are kept in the temperature controlled wine cellar. With a remarkable culinary CV, Howell has worked at some of Western Australia’s highest quality dining spots and likes to let the flavours of the food speak for themselves.
With such an impressive restaurant, Cape Lodge does require reservations and can only be taken 72 hours before you would like to dine.
