Winery Restaurants
At this Perth vineyard restaurant, you will be greeted with fresh and scrumptious modern Australian cuisine, a varying choice of drinks and beautifully expansive winery views. Developed by Isavel and Laura Carija, Carilley Estate was created to satisfy and interest all tastes – so much so that the chef is more than happy to accommodate any dietary needs you may have. With head chef Tony Reliti coming from an Italian background you can expect large portions and quality cooking here, while the rest of his team is made up of young and enthusiastic individuals.
The stunning, lush gardens of the vineyard create the perfect venue for Carilley’s Estate which has been nominated as a Gold Plate Award finalist for the third year. Both a wine label and a modern restaurant, you can enjoy a wine tasting experience before you dine, or simply taste them with your meal. However if wine is not your tipple, this Australian restaurant also offers beers, ciders and spirits. The vast grounds here also include a vegetable garden, where many of the restaurant’s herbs and vegetables are homegrown. Weddings and functions are available here, while children are also welcome at Carilley’s Estate.
