If premier German-style dining is what you’re after, then head down to Duckstein Brewery. This Swan Valley brewery is one of the forerunners of craft brewing in this Australian area and was crowned ‘Best Boutique Brewery’ in WA in the 2010 AHA awards.

Hand-crafted with the best ingredients to ensure a quality flavour, the range of beers at Duckstein Brewery are made according to the tradition of Reinheitsgebot. Allowing only the use of water, hops and malt, no additives or chemicals are added, guaranteeing a pure and superior tasting beer. The German theme is accentuated with various Bavarian classics on sale including Hefeweiss, Pilsner, Dunkel and Altbier, while seasonal beers are also available such as Maibock and Festbier during Oktoberfest.

Also suitable for families, the beer establishment boasts a children’s playground. With a 1000L brewery showcased in the restaurant and live music on weekends, Duckstein Brewery offers a brilliant setting and friendly, helpful staff.
