Finally gave Stampa a try, we certainly were not disappointed! We tried the Raviolando menu, which was so good! All dishes were divine, but I have to say that the pumpkin ravioli with white ragu was my favourite! It reminded me of my Nonna’s cooking. I’d come back just for that anytime! Staff were impeccable and super friendly. It was such a lovely experience, thank you!!
Great building, great atmosphere, but unfortunately, no quality food. The food looks pretty, but that is it. A good steak costs around $50 plus these days. Please do not just buy cheap cuts of meat, try to fool your customers, and then even forget to let the meat rest properly, topping it with a store-bought artificial sauce. The lamb cutlets were chewy and overcooked, and again, the meat had not rested at all. SORRY, BUT IT IS A "NO" FOR US. And by the way, please don't call the restaurant ITALIAN, as it has nothing to do with great quality Italian food at all.
Had such a wonderful evening at this restaurant! The atmosphere was great, but what really made the night special was the outstanding service from Fred. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. And the parmigiana… absolutely out of this world. Easily one of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and exceptional service. Thanks again, Fred, for making our night so memorable!
We had a sensational evening! Our meals were faultless. Thank you to Irene and Alessandra for your attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service. The staff really elevated our already memorable experience.
Went in during lunch on a weekday, was quiet and cosy. Food was so delicious and serving size was perfect. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and had a lovely smokey taste.
