Absolutely lovely place for lunch. Beautiful light bright indoor seating area or sunny balcony if the weather's nice. Food was amazing. I love it when the menu isn't overly long or complicated, normally means they are good at what's on there, which they were! Our table of 8 pretty much ordered everything from the menu between us and everyone commented that their meals were spot on, I had the duck - delicious. Save room for dessert, in particular the chocolate creme brulee - yum! They have a 2 course lunch special for $55, definitely worth it.
This our 2nd visit and we’d come again for sure. The menu, although small, is well chosen and the food so well cooked. The wines and desserts are also delicious. We chose this again as even though it is basically a shed, they’ve put sound buffers in which makes the atmosphere more intimate which is great for my 89 year old mum who finds it hard to hear in big rooms. There’s also a great view from big windows.
Excellent food and such good value for money at AUD 75 per pax. The beef cheeks were so well done. As was the duck. As were the lamb chops. And the crème brûlée. As you can tell, this is definitely one place we would visit again.
We were a Car Club group of 20, so pizzas were pre-ordered which ensured a slick transition to eating the scrumptious pizzas. The location, setting and casual vibe (including two welcoming golden retrievers) set the scene. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with a medical episode for a member which required an ambulance. We have dined at the winery a few times previously and will definitely return as will many of our members. Top quality food and service ... thank you to your team.
