After wondering why the sausage was only really seen burnt on a barbecue, Snags and Sons decided to open up the first sausage shop in Perth once being inspired to fill a void in the city. Serving up an extensive menu of sausage dishes along with salads and small goods, Snags and Sons has paved the way in how to really cook a sausage. With multi-cultural food in a cosy atmosphere, a diverse range of sausages can be tasted or bought in their store daily, all of which are low in fat and high in meat content, made using local ingredients.
The shop is filled with local quality sausages, fresh baby baguettes, salads, grazing foods, delights for the sweet tooths, pies, fruits, beverages and more. Grazing foods include the likes of chorizo with quince and grilled mettwurst, whilst for the sweeter of tastebuds Eccles cakes and nougat are available to munch on. Breakfasts are available seven days of the week with a special ‘hangover’ breakfast served on weekends with fresh juice, bacon butties, cold flannels and berocca’s all being accessible. Gluten free options are also on the menu.
