Set amongst traditional brewing kettles capable of producing 150,000 litres of world class boutique beer each year, NBC offers a truly unique inner city experience.

Serving breakfast lunch and dinner, 7 days a week, and offering grazing options all day, and function facilities for 8 - 500 people NBC has something for everyone.

Recognising the growing interest in boutique beers, NBC will offer a range of beer experiences including beers tastings, beers dinners, and cooking with beer classes.

Appreciating that not all people want to drink boutique beer all of the time, NBC offers patrons a full bar including an array of world class wines and a range of excellent international beers
