The finest place to dine! Chefs kiss with every dish and drink I’ve tasted here! Chef Tom makes some really amazing food, and Galpie is also so lovely, taking care of everything around the restaurant so well. All of the staff are very attentive whether it comes to making a good dish, drink, or with their customer service. An incredible spot to eat for any occasion.
Galpie and all the crew were amazing to deal with. We came in as a group of 14 and were looked after so well considering the amount of us. The food was beyond amazing quality, also catering to our friend who is gluten intolerant. Would 110% return here. Thanks again
My partner and I had the most beautiful dining experience tonight with the awesome team at Cassia. Last minute booking, running late too said booking, ended up leaving full and absolutely satisfied. Staff were attentive and genuine in their interactions, Charlotte creating some of the best cocktails we have tasted in Perth. Maeve and Galpie providing warm and welcoming customer service and suggesting those tasty cocktails, balancing professionalism and humor perfectly. Then there was the food, Galpie suggested we tried the Premium Feed Me menu and we both agreed that every single plate presented, delivered on every front. From portion sizes to flavor, we could not find a single fault at all. It was hard to pick a favorite but the beef tartare and the Scotch steak were the highlights of the meal, delicious, melt in your mouth perfection, the team in the kitchen really do show how passionate they are about the food they put out. Massive props to the 3 chefs we had the pleasure of watching show off their skills. We truly look forward to coming back again... SOON!!
Booked dinner for our anniversary, hoping it would feel as special as our first visit to Cassia when they opened…and it truly was, if not even better. The staff were warm and attentive, and we were seated in full view of the chef’s counter, which made the experience feel even more immersive. Chef Phoenix generously took the time to answer our questions and added something memorable to the night through both his skill and conversation. We stepped outside our usual order and went with the chef’s selection. Every dish felt considered, balanced, and incredibly satisfying (we almost rolled out). Cassia delivers not only exceptional food, but an experience you carry with you. A place that now holds a special memory for us. Until next time.
We had a lovely night at Cassia with delicious food and attentive service. Wine list were pretty extensive and I spied some interesting cocktail on the menu, didn't try this time but maybe next time. We ordered a lot of food to share and the stand out were scallops, potato bread with tallow butter, Wagyu oyster blade and creme brulee. Highly recommend getting the Wagyu oyster blade, it was cooked to perfection and the jus that came with were the perfect accompaniment.
