We had a table of 12 for my daughter’s 18th family dinner. It was the ladies night special and we had the set menu and it was such good value. Everyone loved their meal. The French champagne as part of the package was perfect! MBh were reallt obliging letting me decorate the table in the day and bring a cake. It was perfect! Thank you.
Went for happy hour on a Thursday. Went to the bar and was not charged the happy hour price. I was told that the happy hour was on the other bar. No where does it state that it’s only at one bar. QR codes are the exact same. After buying was told I can not get a refund. Make sure you check the price before you pay!
Lovely venue with views to die for. Excellent selection of food, even for veggies and vegans like me. I had the vegan gnocchi with mushroom sauce. Absolutely delicious and a good size portion. Not the cheapest bowl of pasta you'll ever eat but a reasonable price for such a great venue.
I came late in the afternoon on a quiet weekday in May and hands down had the best gluten free beef burger I’ve ever had!! Plus a perfect strong latte - not bitter or burnt, just beautiful! And it was super fast service. I was shocked with how good it all was! Thank you team!
Yesterday I came in for dinner and expected lovely food and service as usual. I was served by a man who had orange hair and looked to be in his mid 40's. He was very rude and had a very poor attitude. I frequent to Mullaloo Beach Hotel every few weeks to treat myself for dinner and I am quite disappointed with the service I received. I have been served by this man once before and received the same poor service, I had just assumed he was having a bad day and gave him grace. This is the second this has happened and I think he should receive further training in customer service. I also overheard him talking to other staff members poorly as well. This is very disappointing as I love the Mullaloo Beach Hotel and it is my favourite restaurant. Management need to get a handle on this as the next time I come to the restaurant I will leave if he is my server.
