We had come for a long stay which included important moments in our personal lives. Never were we ignored or felt our requests were unmet. The staff were all so courteous and considerate, always willing to help us. The front desk, the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff and maintenance staff have done a wonderful job in giving this unique experience. I would call it the PERTH hospitality. Thanks Mr. Peow-General Manager for creating memories for us with your exceptional team. Thanks to each and every one of your valuable team- Assiya, Ester, Gemkith, Ismun, Laboni, Miraz, Polline, Rabten, Sadita, Seldon and Zeus (in alphabetical order). Excuse me if I left any names. The linen and the mattresses/ pillows are of high quality and texture which makes us feel refreshed after a good night's sleep. It's in the heart of the city at the same time quiet and peaceful. It is just opposite to King's park. The place has close access to nature and water bodies. You have the 995 bus in front of the hotel which takes you to Elizabeth Quay. You can take a convenient bus from there to different parts of the city. They have ample parking facilities for travellers owning or hiring vehicles. Indeed a great place to stay!!!

Simple yet stylish, this hotel offer’s comfortable, clean, nicely restored rooms. Conveniently next door to Mts Bay Hospital. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking for guests on site, though limited and are a first come basis, however we did find a couple of available bays each evening. Meals in the hotel’s restaurant were very much enjoyed too. Thank you for the experience team.

Exceptional customer service, my husband had surgery at the hospital next door, they allowed early check in, they checked on my emotional wellbeing. Room was immaculate. Huge bed, modern bathroom. Big tv. On 15 min walk to city centre. The only minor annoyance i experienced was trying to figure out he light switch panels. Very Frustrating But definately not a deterrent Thankyou qualify servicer staff
