I asked for the 20 min neck & shoulder "relaxation" massage. I told the lady at the front desk I had neck and shoulder pain. The massage person (I won't say therapist) didn't speak a word of English. She directed me to a cubicle and pulled the curtain. She came back a couple of mins later & directed me to a chair that overlooked the reception area (next to the squeaky door). She then started poking me really fast. I was wincing and told her "softer", she gave a little giggle & kept on. I repeated again and she seemed to understand, a bit. Another lady came and asked if I wanted 30 mins for $50, which I declined. It was far from a relaxation massage. She did not address the tension spots I pointed out & I left feeling bruised and worse off. I thought she would spend time on the knot in my shoulder & neck, as I pointed out to the lady at the front, but it was useless talking to the massage lady as she didn't understand. She worked so fast, it was the worse "relaxation" massage I'd ever experienced. When it came time to pay, front lady said $35 cash. I quickly scanned the signage to see if there was any signage staying this. I told her I didn't have cash, so she reluctantly pulled out the card machine. Not recommended.
Very good acupuncture I felt refreshed after and the staff are very friendly and flexible, good service and it’s quite affordable too. I recommend Dr Chien-Lung Huang very kind and wise man he does a good job at the acupuncture. Lisa and Any are the receptionists they are very good too they help you get the bookings sorted efficiently and are friendly.
