We had the most amazing evening at Wild Swan at Mandoon celebrating our 1-year anniversary. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was beautiful — the mood, lighting and overall ambience created such a lovely setting, and we really appreciated that the music and background noise were at just the right level. It felt lively without ever being loud or overwhelming. The service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional, and really added to the experience without ever feeling intrusive. And of course, the food was incredible. Every dish was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes — especially for a fine dining restaurant. We definitely didn’t leave feeling like we needed to find food afterwards! It was also such a nice excuse to properly dress up and make a night of it. We both left with full hearts, full bellies and big smiles on our faces. 🥰 Thank you to the whole team at Wild Swan for making our 1-year anniversary so special. We’ll definitely be back!
We stayed at the estate and celebrated our anniversary here. We cannot fault this place in any way. From the moment we were greeted until we had finished was 5 star service all the way. I highly recommend and will be back.
What a find! We stayed at Mara Mara hotel on Mandoon Estate, Swan Valley for my husbands birthday. Booked his birthday dinner at Wild Swan restaurant on site and enjoyed our best fine dine dining all year (and we are fortunate to dine out at lovely restaurants regularly) We were not rushed through our five course tasting menu with paired aged wines that worked beautifully with each other. I cannot decide whether my favourite plate was the spanner crab, lemon aspen, macadamia, marigold or the duck or the aquna Murray cod, maitake, kumara, coastal daisy bush vin blank or the mushroom steak! And how could I not mention the spiced coconut rice, lemon verbena, elder flower dessert.Seriously every bite was perfection. There were also 3 complimentary dishes, a black bread, an amuse bouche and another. The fireplace was lit, the ambiance calm and warm. The interior understated elegance with quality noise management ensuring you could not hear other conversations ( yay). And the service - yes! Well trained, professional, knowledgable wait staff who smiled, understood the menu really well and seemed to genuinely want to help you have a fabulous evening. Seriously, book a night or a weekend and lock in the tasting with paired wines at Wild Swan. We will go back for another special occasion and share this wonderful find with all our friends and family.
Best restaurant in Perth! The five course degustation with matching wine is fabulous! Each course was fantastic and the starter amuse bouche also. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the service attentive. It is well worth getting the matching wines. Great experience!
Some interesting & creative dishes! The Cod was definitely the highlight for me. Staff were friendly, although for a fine dining restaurant and experience, it seemed quite laxed compared to other restaurants. However, we still had a really lovely weekend, so thank you! ☺️
