Amazing service from start to finish with special thanks to Joseph, Reece & Rachel for their fantastic professionalism and friendliness throughout the dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, not to mention the cocktails that went down a treat! Highly recommend this restaraunt!

An absolutely stunning evening from start to finish. We were seated right by the window, the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We visited on a Wednesday evening, so made the most of the margarita and oyster deal, which was a lovely bonus. Everything we ordered was incredible, but the striploin and roasted cauliflower were definite standouts for us. Throughout the evening, Joseph looked after us and was so warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely - the service was fabulous. After dinner, we moved over to the sofas and rounded off the evening with stunning cocktails made by Freddie. An absolute 10/10 experience, thank you so much for having us!

First time dinning here I’ll be honest I was expecting a wow factor but it just wasn’t there the food was ok. I was really looking forward to the ceviche but they had ran out or not serving it so they tried to replace it with a vegetarian dish and we were like no so they doubled up our serving of fried chicken we got the set menu and there was 4 of us. Would I go back probably not but yeah go try it out the atmosphere was good the location you can’t beat but food like I said nothing special. With all these waterfront restaurants like this place Hilary’s beach club I always wonder if they think the view will make up for the alright food

I had a truly wonderful experience on Good Friday. Everything was absolutely delicious, the ceviche was fresh and full of flavor, the fish was perfectly cooked, the salad was beautiful, and the passionfruit mousse was the perfect way to finish the meal. You can really feel the care and dedication from the chef in every dish. The view was absolutely incredible and made the whole experience even more special. It was such a beautiful place to spend my Good Friday, with amazing food, a stunning view, and excellent service. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience.

Such a great Easter lunch at IO. We were lucky enough to get a window table with a gorgeous view. To start we shared oysters, ceviche, tuna tostadas, and fried chicken. The oysters were probably the creamiest, tastiest oysters I’ve had when dining out, and the vinaigrette they were served with was tangy and delicious. The fried chicken was just okay and nothing special (wouldn’t order again), but everything else was beautiful. The tostadas were actually a decent size and generously served compared to others I’ve had at different restaurants. For mains we shared the market fish, the steak special, and a striploin. The four of us split all three mains with a side of chips. Everything was cooked to perfection and we had no complaints. The sauces and garnishes went perfectly with all three mains and were absolutely delicious. The cocktails and service was great too! The only downside was the $64 public holiday surcharge, but that was pretty much expected.
