The location is great but the pictures and description were misleading. It says book whole apartment/studio but it is a room, it doesn’t have a kitchen, it has a shared kitchen in the basement. AC was not working and it also didn’t say before booking, and it seems like it doesn’t work since a while because I see other complaints about this. Full with cockroaches, I had one huge in my room and after I covered the bathroom entries and under the door, I didn’t see anymore but once I got out my room they were in the kitchen and halls. I think for how expensive it is, it is not worth it…

Sometimes you just have to call a spade a spade. 1. The room is advertised as an apartment, but it's just a room measuring approx. 18 square meters. 2. Cleanliness is a real problem, and my bed linen and towels weren't changed for 12 days. You have to dispose of your own trash, and the air conditioning worked some of the time and didn't work other times. it's a matter of luck. 3. Receiving the wrong code for the front door and the wrong code for the key safe during self-check-in is a bad start. The location is central, which is good, but it completely and painfully lacks professionalism.

Good location. Bus stop right out the front. No guest car parking. Guests need to pay for street parking or paid parking at the small Secure car park across the road. There is no in-person reception/concierge available here. Guests need to call the number provided on their booking confirmation if they have any issues. Double check you have the correct pin code for the front entrance doors as it is different to the lock code given to retrieve your room access card. Stayed in a suite on the 3rd level. Large room with large ensuite and balcony area. It was quiet despite all the traffic and restaurants around the hotel. Views from the balcony not really much to rave about. They are a lot nicer at night time though as you can see a small part of the Perth skyline lit up. We had to use the communal kitchen in the basement floor when we wanted to use a microwave as our suite didn't have one. King sized bed was comfortable and easy to sleep on with good quality bedding and pillows provided. There doesn't seem to be a daily room keeping service for anyone who prefers to have that available. Maybe guests need to request it when making their booking. Never received instructions on how to access the advertised hotel wifi but had good 4G and 5G coverage with Telstra in our room.

Great Location, But Major Technical Failures The location is perfect (10-minute walk to the Perth Train Station), the room was clean, and the neighborhood was friendly. However, the stay was spoiled by two major issues: Check-in was terrible. I received the wrong lockbox code sent via Agoda apps and had to call management (a roaming call) since my messages were not answered immediately. Note that I arrived at around 8pm from airport after having a 6.5hr international flight. The WiFi was constantly down and barely worked during our 3-night stay. The location is 5 stars, but the technical and management problems bring the overall score down significantly. The WiFi issue needs to be fixed immediately. Near the accommodation there is an authentication Italian cafe that opens only until 13.00. Very good. Excellent coffee and good pastries especially the cannolis. The name of cafe is VETRINA, and it’s only 50m away from the Nest of Newcastle. Highly recommended cafe!
