Ww stayed here in June and have stayed here before. If having strong & reliable WiFi is important to you then as a warning don't. It is very unreliable and if you are staying here with a teenager it is even worse!! Other than the WiFi it is a great place. Close to a Westfield shopping centre, buses, the Stirling train station - 11 minutes and you are in Perth. Ww stayed in a standard 2 bedroom apartment for half the time on level 4 & a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment on level 3 the rest of the time. This place is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. We will come back. If it had reliable WiFi we would have given it a 5/5.

We booked through Airbnb. We were greeted by the most fantastic and fun receptionists who really set the tone for the start of our holiday. So so helpful and lovely. The unit was a great size, I was travelling with my parents. And the view was beautiful. The apartment was very clean. It was very tired in the bathroom laundry and kitchen, could do with a refresh. Amazing location for Cole’s & good eateries downstairs - and of course the beach!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel/apartment hotel, more like a 2 star with a fantastic location. Overall I would describe this place as dingy, Booked with Luxury Escapes, not sure how they managed to get this property on that site. We were put in the apartments next door to the main 'hotel' and these are showing their age. We had apartment 8, top floor, looking out over the pool and towards the beach. Lovely view of the sunset. Pros Location - across the road from the beach, beautiful views from the balcony Pool in the main bui8lding - lovely and protected (only small and imagine it would get busy on weekends) Kitchen - didn't use it for cooking but looked a good size if you wanted to cook. Beds - they were comfortable which is important. Cons Unit inside - The 2 bed unit we stayed in was so tired. Lounge furniture needs to be replaced, as well as the chair in the bedroom. PVC peeling off the chairs and lounge was stained. Someone had repainted but only half done the second coat in the bedroom. Paint it all white and it would be much improved. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bedroom. 2nd Bedroom fan and light didn't work - reported on check out Balcony looks like it is about to fall off the building. TEENAGE POOL BREAK-IN - 4 teenagers of about 14 years (I am a Mum to 3 teens) walked in off the street and jumped the pool fence. The young family swimming and I had to leave as they swore like I've never heard, jumped and screamed, drenching anyone who was by the pool. It was reported by another guest and it took secruity 1.5hrs to respond by which time they had left. I spoke to reception about it on check out and she could have cared less. Told me they can't have a lock or keycode on the gate to the road as it is too hard. Surely they could have a code, like they do with the pool. These kids disturbed all guests overlooking the pool for the 1.5 hours they were there. Seashells know it is a problem as the woman on reception said the Police have been called numerous times. Loved Scarborough itself but there are much better value places available, or pay a bit more to have a nice apartment.

We had room 208 and whilst is was clean on the surface the carpet was stained and disgusting. There were also stains on the lounge and the bathroom had seen better days. The kitchen was quite good and everything did work and the dining room was good. The view from the balcony is lovely and you get amazing sunsets. One of the pools is supposed to be heated but it most certainly was not. I did mention it to reception but no joy just told it must not be working. If the room had some refurbishment done on it this would be a great place but it badly needs a do over.
