We decided to spend a night at Lot 113 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were so pleasantly surprised! What a jewel in the Swan Valley. The owners, Rob and Lynne, invited us to taste their wine and we were treated to storytelling and two of the best fortified wines I've ever tasted. We even learnt how to pronounce Tempranillo :-) The room was lovely with a view over the Shiraz Vines. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The room has a kitchenette and the fridge was stocked with breakfast goodies and fresh milk. We enjoyed the outside deck in the evening and were treated to a full moon and thunder and lightning while sipping on our Shiraz Liqueur. The outside deck also has a stocked drinks fridge as part of the outdoor kitchen. I'm thinking this would be ideal to hang out with another couple as there are two rooms.
