Running seven nights a week, The Ellington Jazz Club offers world class jazz, scrumptious beverages and delicious tapas in a sophisticated setting. Live jazz performances can be seen on the ground floor whilst upstairs, you can enjoy the odd tipple or two in the relaxing cocktail lounge. Showcasing some of the finest jazz musicians from around the world and Australia itself on a nightly basis, The Ellington Jazz Club encourages progression and innovation, mixing traditional jazz with the modern. As well as mainstream jazz acts, you can also expect to see jam sessions, big bands, fusion groups, Hammond organ trios and quartets.
The Late Night Groove Series is hosted by the club every Friday and Saturday night, becoming a platform for up-and-coming jazz, soul and R&B artists. Booking is recommended and private hire is available for the upstairs cocktail lounge. The dress code ranges from smart casual to cocktail attire depending on personal choice.
