As the reigning champions of the Best Large Australian Brewery of the Australian International Beer Awards, the experienced and passionate brewers here are renowned for pushing the boundaries of their craft.
Experimenting with new brewing frontiers using exotic hops, spices and various fruits, they have come to create a distinguished and remarkable, hand-crafted, world class array of delicious, award-winning beers. As well as a fantastic microbrewery, you can also enjoy the brilliant onsite restaurant which serves up scrumptious dishes that accompany the tasty beers excellently.
