On arrival at our Segway HQ at Barrack Street Jetty, you will be fitted with a helmet and safety vest. Your experienced guide will give you a brief training session on the Segway to ensure you are confident and ready to begin your Segway journey, then glide past the Bell Tower into Elizabeth Quay. Enjoy guided commentary on Perth’s culture and history as you pass landmarks like the Old Swan Brewery and the iconic Blue Boatshed. Continue along the Swan River past the University of Western Australia and into Kings Park via Poole Avenue. Explore Kings Park’s natural trails, spotting wildflowers and native wildlife. Stop at Septimus Roe Lookout for views and insights into Perth’s city design. Visit the Firefighters Memorial Grove, DNA Tower, and Pioneer Women’s Memorial Park. Learn about Aboriginal culture near the Boab Tree and reflect at the State War Memorial. Enjoy sweeping views of Perth City, Heirisson Island, and the Perth Hills as you descend Fraser Avenue through the Avenue of Trees and past the Bali Memorial. On the return journey, pass the Edith Cowan Memorial, Perth’s first Observatory, WA Parliament House, and the Pensioners Guard Gate House before arriving back at Segway HQ—enriched by history, nature, and unforgettable views.
