Absolutely bougee bath-house experience, loved the Japanese warm onsen bath and cold plunge pool area. Very relaxing place, its fantastic that they limit the number of patrons at any given timeslot so it doesn't feel overcrowded. Special shoutout to Angelica who was so friendly, informative and had a great sense of humour. Only thing I can suggest for improvement is when we were there on Saturday morning, there was a large-ish (maybe 4 or 5) who were chatting quite loudly in the steamroom/sauna open pool areas, not sure how but staff need to ask for a little shoosh and read the room (and signs).
From the moment the door closed behind me I felt relaxed. The atmosphere of the bathhouse is like travelling to another world. Love the onsen, the quiet nooks, the incense the wonderful saunas, magic. I had a beautiful massage to finish off, was heavenly, unfortunately can’t remember the therapist name, possibly Pema, she was amazing.
Amazing experience as always. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially love their restful areas, one is inside the Bathhouse where I can take a breatha inbetween, one is at the back of the property where I can't catch my breath after the sauna experience. The tea is warm here, the music is soothing. I feel I can really enjoy the "me time" at Ember. Thank you for creating such an amazing environment and atmosphere in Perth!
Absolutely amazing experience at Ember Bathhouse! The facilities were beautiful, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The quality matched my expectations perfectly, and it was exactly the high standard I had always been looking for. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
First time bath house user. Tour was super quick. A little confusing and I got lost a few times. A luxurious retreat where you can truly relax! The ambience and aromas are next level. Peaceful, relaxing, devine shampoo/body wash and teas. Can't wait to return ❤️
