Description
Begin your tour at Segway HQ at Barrack Street Jetty, where you will be equipped with a helmet and safety vest. After a brief training session with an experienced guide, you will ride past the Bell Tower into Elizabeth Quay. Enjoy guided commentary on Perth’s culture and history as you pass the Old Swan Brewery and the Blue Boatshed.
The tour continues along the Swan River past the University of Western Australia and proceeds into Kings Park via Poole Avenue. Explore Kings Park's natural trails, observing native wildflowers and wildlife. Key stops include Septimus Roe Lookout, the Firefighters Memorial Grove, DNA Tower, and Pioneer Women’s Memorial Park.
Learn about Aboriginal culture near the Boab Tree and visit the State War Memorial. Descend Fraser Avenue through the Avenue of Trees, passing the Bali Memorial and enjoy views of Perth City, Heirisson Island, and the Perth Hills. On the return journey, ride past Edith Cowan Memorial, Perth’s first Observatory, WA Parliament House, and the Pensioners Guard Gate House before returning to Segway HQ.
