Step behind the scenes at AmberChes Distillery in Swan Valley and craft a spirit that’s completely your own. In this hands-on gin experience, you’ll learn how botanicals shape aroma and flavor, explore the distillation process, and then take the controls with your own personal copper still.
Begin with a guided tasting on arrival to set the scene, followed by a refreshing gin & tonic. Your expert host will introduce key botanicals and explain how different ingredients and cut points influence the final profile. Then it’s time to create: choose your botanicals, distil your custom blend, and bring your recipe to life with support throughout the session.
Once your gin is ready, you’ll name it, bottle it, and take home a 500ml bottle as a one-of-a-kind souvenir (or a perfect gift). During the experience, enjoy a shared cheese platter lunch, making this a relaxed, premium activity for couples, friends, and small groups.
