I celebrated a friend’s 18th birthday here and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff greeted us warmly, were attentive throughout the evening, and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. The food was also delicious and well presented. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended!
We always end our nights in the CBD with Samuels' tiramisu. Perfectly balanced flavour with creamy and rich finish. The portion if easily for 2 (or 1 if you're hungry haha). We have been there over 10 times now and it has always been consistent. The service is also top notch!
Nice atmosphere and friendly service. The tiramisu was excellent and easily the best dish of the night. Unfortunately, the sirloin ordered medium rare was overcooked and quite chewy, while the snapper was fresh but rather ordinary. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the food didn’t quite live up to the 4.4 rating.
I had to season the gnocchi myself with the salt lol. Service was slow and kinda unfortunately even when we put our hands up to grab the waiters attention, they ignored us.. the atmosphere is really good for pictures and the Tiramisu was the highlight of the night. I appreciate the complimentary birthday desserts. The pork belly was way too over cooked and dry. Overall, it was ok, a little disappointing for a 4 star restaurant.
Lovely restaurant! The food was delicious, the decor is lovely, and the full service is incredible. Our server Tam was knowledgeable about wine, and so helpful. The other staff had a great semse of humour and were very friendly as well. Highly recommend for a special dinner or for when you feel like amazing tiramisu 🩷 (honestly best I've ever had!)
