The food was good, and the overall experience was enjoyable. A special thank you to Sophie, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Her warm and welcoming service really stood out and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back. Thank you, Sophie!
Very good prices for what you receiving . Service was quick and kind. Most meals were quite delicious except the noodles and especially ice cream which was very bad. But the quality of their sushi and taste of other meals made it up for it. Kudos on not filling coke jug with ice and only putting coke which ultimately made me give 5 stars instead of 4 stars.
Went here for my birthday and it was fantastic, the quality of the food was beautiful. After attending have recommended Osama Japanese restaurant to many people. Will eat there again 110%
1st visit today. The 2 young chaps that served us were very friendly, attentive and professional. It's an all you can eat buffet (made fresh to order). You have your reservation for 1.5 hours. There's an extensive menu, you order the food that you would like and it's prepared fresh and brought to your table. There's a little sign on the table that you flip when you are ready to order. This helps the servers identify if you are ready to make an order. You can order multiple times. The food portions were huge. We ordered a few dishes at a time to share between us. This allowed us to try different dishes, without feeling full and wasting the food. The grilled food was well presented, hot and had lots of flavour. The sushi selection was also delicious. The decor in the restaurant was tasteful and the Japanese background music was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend coming to this restaurant.
