Fantastic presentation of rooms. Well appointed with all you would need for a stop over or for a little longer. I've stayed in the king studio and the one bedroom apartment. The apartment has full size fridge microwave, stove top cooking, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Full set of crockery and accessories to make it your home away from home. Very secure but no guarantee of secure parking. Also no valet. Vending machine for snacks and drinks with limited options.
Our team stayed at the Quest Joondalup for roughly 4 weeks from April to May 2026 while working on a project in the area. This was our second stay, with the first being June 2024 and to say it exceeded all expectations would be an understatement. The location is fantastic with the shops, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for a long-term stay. The apartments were spotless, well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping consistently kept the rooms to a very high standard throughout our stay. What truly makes the experience exceptional is the staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any request. Their welcoming attitude made our crew feel at home from day one. On behalf of Veolia Refractories WA, I would highly recommend the Quest Joondalup to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for business or leisure. We can't wait to come back soon for future projects!
I stayed over night at quest joondalup, the staff was welcoming and helpful, restaurants were in a walking distance as well as a shopping centre. 100% would stay here again
I always stay here each year on my trips to Perth and I’m always very pleased with my stay. I stay here specifically for the wheelchair accessible accommodation, and have always found the rooms to be quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The only thing that I would note is that the drainage in the bathroom for the accessible rooms is not fantastic, and often will be flooded after a shower which could be a problem for somebody in a wheelchair or indeed with any disability. Other than that, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I booked a room at Quest Joondalup at the last minute, and I was truly impressed! The staff were amazing, the room was spotless, and it came with a complimentary coffee machine, premium teas, cookies, Foxtel, and a fully equipped kitchen. I can’t thank the Quest Joondalup team enough for making our stay so seamless and enjoyable.
