Great Value Stay with Excellent Location for Families We had a really pleasant stay here and honestly have no major complaints given the price, service, and location. It’s a fantastic stopover spot between Perth city and Yanchep, especially for families. **Location:** The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s conveniently close to a mall, cafés, and a wide variety of restaurants, which made meals and errands very easy. Staying in Wanneroo turned out to be a great choice compared to Yanchep, as it offers more dining options and amenities and driving around is easy. **Room:** 🛏️ The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. We really appreciated the four complimentary bottles of water—such a nice touch! The kitchenette was excellent, complete with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and a good range of utensils, including takeaway utensil too. The bathroom amenities were also surprisingly good quality and felt above what you’d expect from a typical three-star hotel. **Service:** 🛎️ Service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Karn and the staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us smoothly with check-in and also during dining. As hotel guests, we received a 10% discount at the restaurant, which was a nice bonus. The food was quite enjoyable, and our kids especially loved the mushroom sauce! (Must try) **Things to Improve:** 🙏 Room: The only downside for us was the queen bed—it was a bit too soft, almost like sleeping on Jell-O. It sank quite a bit and made it uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep. The toaster (leftover crumbs from previous user and kettle condition looks like time to change) Signage: Better and more visible signage would help, especially when arriving by car. Reflective or clearer directions for check-in would make the experience smoother. **Overall:**🤗 A great-value stay with excellent location, friendly service, and thoughtful amenities. With a few small improvements, it would be even better. Would definitely consider staying again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Special thanks to manager Emma, who was so friendly and attentive — she helped with my meal order and made me feel truly welcomed. The seafood set was fresh, delicious, and great value for money. Excellent service and food — highly recommended!
