The IR sauna was nice enough and the cryo chamber was fun, but then not having showers so you could rinse all the sweat off after 45mins in a sauna was a real drawback...I wouldn't go back...
My Husband and I have been coming to Mindbody Lounge for years now and one of the biggest reasons I have continued coming back is the incredible team. The team are always welcoming and caring and Ally has become such a familiar and valued face to so many members. You can see how much clients love and appreciate her because she consistently makes people feel heard and looked after. She brings such a calming and positive energy to the space and is a huge part of what makes Mindbody Lounge feel so welcoming and professional. We absolutely love the wellness-tech within the lounge. It has become our go-to place when we need to slow down, reset and genuinely rest. The environment always feels calming, clean and well-run, and everything operates like clockwork every time we visit. The entire team deserves recognition, they are an asset to Mindbody Lounge.
I have done a few sessions and feel much better . The environment is nice and relax, staff are very nice and equipments are modern. I highly recommend it.
