Food was delicious, my chicken tenders were super juicy. Tropic Thunder and $10.90 margheritas is a great deal during the week!
Came here for a Saturday lunch and the place was pretty quiet. The over enthusiastic waiter is a good thing but as we found out later on, it was a patrons birthday and he shouts to get the attention of everyone and I mean everyone to celebrate which is good but also we want to eat in piece and be able to talk… Anyhow onto the food, we ordered ribs, sweet potato fries and Mac and cheese. The ribs were genuinely and utterly flavourless which is a shame when they apparently pride themselves on this. The only good part was the sweet potato fries. The Mac and cheese was watery and bland as well, which is clearly showing the budget cutting despite paying over $80 for this and one soft drink. Genuinely not pressed and frankly highly disappointed, pretty confident the cheapest of the food in food court tastes better than this place and definitely better value. Either way, thank god it’s Friday? More like thank god I don’t have to come here anymore. Literally go to any pub and it would be better and if you want ribs go to Ribs and Burgers, definitely won’t be back let alone consider it.
My last visit to TGI Fridays was completely different from my previous experiences. I ordered the ribs, which were on a half-price promotion that day, but they came severely overcooked—almost burnt. The meat was tough, dry, and lacked flavor. This was completely unlike the other times I’ve been there, when the ribs were juicy and tender. I was very disappointed, and it definitely made me question whether I would return. On top of that, I waited around 20 minutes standing at the entrance for someone to greet me and show me to a table. In the end, my husband and I had to find a table ourselves, as there were plenty available—it just seemed like there was no one there to attend to us.
Review for TGI Fridays – Joondalup TGI Fridays Joondalup has been around for ages, and it pretty much delivers exactly what you expect from a TGIF. The food is classic TGIF fare — consistent, familiar, and without any real surprises, which isn’t a bad thing at all. The restaurant almost always has some kind of special running, so you usually walk away feeling like you got decent value. You don’t really leave disappointed. The drinks are good, portion sizes are generous, and everything comes out as expected. The location is another plus — easy to get to with plenty of parking available. My personal favourite is the pork rack, which is always a solid choice. Overall, it’s a reliable option if you’re after a casual meal, good drinks, and big portions without having to think too hard about it.
Starting with the drink the lemon lime bitter was done perfectly it was really delicious. My food was filling and tasted fresh, there was a good portion of each ingredient and our entree chicken was crispy, they did give us wrong sauce but the sauce we got tasted fine. Service could be improved as we were sitting for awhile without anyone coming up to us to take our order.
