Living nearby gets you a 15% discount, which is a nice bonus. The food is okay for the price, but what I really like is the amount of outdoor seating. There’s also a playground for the kids, which is great for families. You can also order straight from your phone by scanning the QR code at the table.
Nice big warehouse / pub. The fireplace is alothough fake but warm and cozy. The food was average - the rice that came with the curry was uncooked and we had to send them back (we had oredered 3 of the same food and all three were uncooked) but they were gracious about it and offered to make new ones but we decided we would get veggies instead of the rice (for two of them) and get a burger instead of the other curry.
A lovely venue with plenty of seating options, a great outdoor area for dogs, a covered balcony, and a cosy indoor space with a fireplace. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by confusing signage, disappointing food, and a few missed expectations. On arrival, a large “No Walk-ins, Bookings Only” sign had been left where it was clearly visible, which almost had us leaving before realising it wasn’t meant to be there. Once inside, there seemed to be plenty of signs telling people where not to go or what not to do, but nothing clearly directing guests where to enter or check in. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and our drinks arrived quickly 🍷. However, the food was underwhelming. The steak sandwich was expensive for what it was, with the steak cooked well beyond medium and quite tough. The chips were soggy and only just warm. The lasagne special tasted okay, but looked nothing like the generous, appetising version pictured in the online ordering system. It was much smaller than expected and felt a little misleading. We rarely leave anything less than 4 or 5 stars, but this was a genuine 3-star experience. In truth, it was very close to being a 2-star review. With clearer signage and more attention to food quality and presentation, this could be a much better experience. 🙂
My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Bailey Brewing Co. We had the most amazing experience and the best day of our lives. We cannot thank Jenelle and the team at BBC enough! The day went so smoothly and perfectly! All of our guests raved about the food and service we truly couldn’t have asked for a more amazing day! Thank you all!!
