We had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was so accessible. Free buses to the city but an easy walk. Beautiful views of the swan river. Great restaurant options around, with an IGA and bottle shop just outside the Lobby. Breakfast was so yummy with an egg station for freshly made poached or sunny side eggs.
Location is good and room decent size with good views. Parking is extra $ but it is safe, it is segregated from the public parking area. There is an IGA on near the lobby which is real convenient. Room heating did not work, only the air con worked. Fan in shower did not work. I am not fussy but I can see this would easily annoy some people. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast is decent but over priced. Steaks from restaurant are no where near the quality for what you pay. If you are willing to pay their prices in the restaurant I’d say definitely go somewhere else in the city for a steak. I would stay again, but next time I wouldn’t order any of their food
I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which was situated in a brilliant location (close to the City, the IGA supermarket and public transport) for me to explore Perth for the very first time. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel lobby area very well maintained. The pool was also a highlight; it was heated to the perfect temperature for winter, providing a calm and inviting space for a morning swim. I also wish to acknowledge the service provided by Rohit at the front desk; he offered excellent customer service and actively worked to make my stay as pleasant as possible. However, there were some areas for improvement. The exterior of the hotel, as well as some elements of the rooms, could do with a refresh. The bed was a little firm for my liking (but I understand that they can't cater for every preference). But the least pleasant thing was that housekeeping did not attend to my room for any of the three days I stayed. There were also soap stains in my bathroom on arrival. All in all, I would stay again.
My wife and I spent two weeks at Residence on Langley Park while celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and elegant, with a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay feel truly special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained throughout our visit. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were outstanding. Big shout out to Front Desk staff Pablo and Rohit. Bar staff CK was also a delight—always friendly, professional, and happy to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made a lasting impression and added to the overall experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions, making it convenient to explore Perth. We also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, both of which were clean, well-kept, and great for unwinding during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and created wonderful memories celebrating our anniversary. We highly recommend Residence on Langley Park to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and enjoyable stay in Perth. We would happily return again in the future.
Absolutely stunningly classy hotel. My room was extremely spacious with a separate loungeroom, kitchen, laundry, study nook, WIR & bathroom. Work put me here because I had training 200m away! Staff were extremely helpful & informative. Everything was spotlessly clean. The restaurant could have a few more options on the menu, but the seating area is lovely. The pool in the open was picturesque, & the sauna was fantastic. The lifts were a bit fancy & it took us a few seconds to work out how to get up to our room!
