★★★★★ We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Perth City Centre. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and perfectly located in the heart of Perth, making it very convenient to explore the city. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and they made us feel very well looked after. Our rooms were comfortable, beautifully presented and very clean, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast. We were travelling with my parents, and the team made the whole experience particularly comfortable and memorable for our family. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. A beautiful hotel with wonderful hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose InterContinental Perth again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
Well-located hotel in the centre of Perth. Bedrooms alright, one had a worse view than the other even though it was the upgraded one… Not noisy though, and showers were huge! But the personal best part about Intercontinental Perth city centre? It has our favourite hotel breakfast! We had breakfast included and the big brekkie meal was so delicious (we customised it to our tastes). Definitely give that a go. Crepes and juices were also nice.
I wanted to thank the hotel staff for making our anniversary staycation such a memorable experience. From the booking process and check-in to every moment throughout our stay, your kindness and hospitality were truly appreciated. The team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, and we will definitely be back. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, within walking distance of great restaurants and Elizabeth Quay. It’s beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean, and a pleasure to stay in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thanks to Vincent, Sajal, Kaisar, and Isha. You all made our celebration one to remember. 🤗
Room was incredibly small with a tiny window looking onto a brick wall. Service was good although despite requesting an early check in many days in advance this wasn’t accommodated (I understand they’re not guaranteed but I have doubts the entire hotel was at max capacity on a Tuesday). Byredo toiletries were lovely and the bed super comfy. The location is good but I think there are better options for the same price with regards to room size and view.
Checked in by Saul, DM who was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Check in was simple, easy and quick. Kept the conversation engaging and genuinely listened. Next night, went to Ascua - Grace was wonderful and had great suggestions for my drink when I couldn’t find my usual wine on the menu. Knowledgeable and very friendly, again nothing was too much trouble for her aswell. Would come back to the hotel just for the staff! A great reflection of the working culture, training and leadership at this hotel!
