Came in for dinner and honestly had a great experience! The chicken parmi was delicious, the nachos were loaded, and the beef was cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere and plenty of tasty food. Would definitely visit again….
Great service, the lovely gentleman at the bar (long ponytail) was so fast and proactive with everyone in the pub. Sitting and eating our meal seeing him run around and going out of his way serving everyone their drinks and being so personable and lovely!! Great vibe
Tonight we had a casual meal at our local - just a normal Wednesday night experience. But when there was a mix up with our order, the staff went out of their way to make it right. It was so well handled that not only will we be back, but we plan to bring our friends back with us!
I visited the Civic Hotel for a friend’s birthday celebration in one of their private spaces. I really liked that the area had its own restroom, which made everything more convenient for the guests. The snacks were also very tasty. The bartender working in the private space was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she provided great service and made the experience even better.
Fantastic selection of food, generous portion sizes, and love the cocktail menu. They also have great specials, which makes it even better value. I also love being able to use The Pass app when dining here. It’s super convenient to check specials and earn rewards across this venue and others. The only downside is the outdoor seating. The only standard-height, disability-friendly tables and chairs are right next to the smoking area, which makes it pretty unpleasant to sit and enjoy a meal. It would be great to see some of the higher tables swapped out for regular-height seating away from the smoking area so that outdoor dining is more accessible and enjoyable. Aside from that, it’s a great spot and one we’ll definitely keep coming back to.
