Wow, massive thanks to Michelle at Swan Active Reception, who really helped me out today. My husband had gone to the gym and while he was there, our property's boom gate entry code was changed and I had no way to let him know. I called Swan Active and Michelle kindly tracked my guy down, in the gym, and passed on the message for me. So grateful for your help 🫶
My partner came in to get a scan (non paying member) and what a headache it has been. Couldn’t get a print out, couldn’t get the scan downloaded onto the app properly, and still don’t have the information showing up. $35 dollars later. Update your techno gym app because it sucks.
Very nice pool never been here before. Came to see my son today as he started swimming lessons with his school and was asked to pay $2.60 for a spectator fee. I did pay it and was planning to come see him everyday for the next two weeks but unfortunetly not come again as I believe that is a ridiculous fee to pay to just watch for 1hr and leave. Plus, other pools like Balga Leasure Center do not charge a fee at all. Given how busy the gym was and literally no parking available outside seems that they are keeping well so asking for $2.60 to just sit is a rip off.
