Easily one of my favourite place in perth now. Every dish is so thoughtful, cohesive and an absolute artwork. The blend of textures and flavours are so well executed. Pacing between each dish was also good, I never felt like we were waiting too long. The idea of twenty seats ensures for high attention to detail and makes you feel like guests rather than customers. Highly recommend this place for an intimate meal and I can’t wait to come back.
Exceptional food. Beautifully crafted. The restaurant aesthetic was calm and warm. Wine pairing is 1 wine for 2 courses. This added some anxiety on the diner to properly ration the beverages. Wines were excellent though. Service was attentive but felt a bit competitive at times. Overall, a very high quality restaurant in Perth!

We celebrated two birthdays last night at Twenty Seats, and somewhere between the first pour and the final bite, we were transported to a small petite bistro in Paris. The room hums with a moody charm. Service? Effortless. The kind that appears exactly when you need it and vanishes before you realise. The wine list flirts a little, then commits. The food doesn’t shout for attention, it earns it quietly, plate by plate. Every dish felt considered, balanced, and just indulgent enough to make you pause mid-conversation. A special thank you to Remi, who orchestrated the evening with the finesse of someone who genuinely cares that you’re having a great time, not just a good one. If you’re thinking about going, stop thinking. Book it. Go! Take someone you like. Or don’t, and enjoy every bite yourself.

We came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. ❤️ The meal was absolutely incredible — every dish full of rich flavors, beautifully presented, and made with real care. We eat first with our eyes, and every dish arrived beautifully presented. You can feel the tender care in each plate, the warmth of the cook’s hands and heart coming through the food. My partner and I were truly wowed. A meal made with feeling. We’ll definitely be back.
