Love this place, a short drive from home, right by the beach and a great view of Hillary’s Marina. Everything about this place is easy. Easy to book, easy to park and easy to check in before they clean the sauna after the last lot leave.
An hour in South Beach Sauna, dipping in the sea each 15 minutes, is one of the best spent hours in my day. Staff are welcoming, the regulars are friendly and diverse, the sauna is clean and relaxing. It’s such a beautiful community space.
I have been struggling with perimenopause with symptoms of hot flushes, low mood and energy and waking up during the night. I just did the 7 day reset program Of a half an hour a day for 7 days in the infrared sauna and I feel alive, no hot flushes, sleeping so well and my mood is great. The whole experience has been wonderful at neighbourhood sauna, it offers a calming environment and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be a regular client in the future
