My new addiction - leg compression Being a lover and believer in a healthy lymphatic system and understanding importance of blood circulation in the feet as we get older. This is a winner. I have noticeable change in my cellulite in only a few sessions. Above all a great way to chill and give your mind time to take a break too Do yourself a favour and give it a go $30. 👍👍
Was super keen to find a sauna close by after a recent trip overseas. P3 was about to open its doors so I nabbed the foundation membership. Worth every penny. Very clean, good music, well lit, friendly staff. My go-to when I've got enough time is 45m legs, 45 core compression before heading over to the infrared and 20 minutes in the pools. Sometimes I change up the infrared light with purple, white or green but first thing in the morning red is a great way to start the day. Cheat tip! If you're only heading in for a one-time session, book the infrared if you didn't bring a towel. Just place in the basket when you're done.
Absolutely love this space. The equipment is top notch and the setup perfect. Covers so many aspects of recovery and Vicki and her team are awesome. Looking forward to many more sessions to come
