I loved this bar on 1st visit last night - seemed easily the best rock/dive bar in Perth. But can't you sort out the doorway? I whacked my head on the top of the doorframe both coming in and leaving, because not unreasonably I was expecting it to be big enough to walk through- and realised next day I'd cut myself doing so. I'm only 5ft 11! If you can't get the doorway bigger, could you pad the top end? Hoping I haven't got rust/etc embedded in my head. EDIT Re. the response below: The security gave no heads-up and instead when I looked back in pain he glared - but it's not on him and that is not an adequate or realistic safeguard. The sign is evidently not visible enough and no one's approaching a doorway looking for instructions on how to walk through it. It having been there over a decade is no help to a first-time visitor, and to put it another way: OK so your bar has been a safety hazard for over a decade. The cut and bump on my head took several weeks to heal, thanks!
