⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome place to relax and unwind. I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. The staff are warm and friendly, and the amenities are always spotless and well maintained. Enjoying a nice drink after the sauna is the perfect way to finish the visit. We’re so lucky to have Palm Beach Wellness right on our doorstep. Highly recommended!
Gina and her team were so accomodating to host a recovery session for our u18’s team. We LOVED the space and all the equipment (oxygen, sauna, salt lymphatic massage roller, cocoon rooms!). Amelia was very knowledgeable and a great hostess for us on the day. 10/10 recommend.
My wife and I had such a wonderful experience at Palm Beach Wellness Rockingham. The space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up, and the staff were warm, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. The infrared pod was set up in a private room which was amazing and left us feeling calm, refreshed, and energized afterward. Tje sauna also features a TV and speakers that you have control of. You could also control the temp of the sauna. It’s a fantastic place to unwind and take time out for yourself, and I’ll definitely be coming back but next time with friends to make it a great outing.
You simply must experience this powerhouse of health and wellness. The multiple state of the art therapies allow full relaxation while gifting your body the rejuvenation it deserves, all in a beautifully warm and inviting safe space. It’s calm and fresh with an incredibly welcoming feel. It was my first time I had a full infrared cocoon and pure oxygen therapy session and it was truly amazing, my body tingling with life afterwards while feeling completely at peace at the same time. Harmony and balance are two words I would use to describe how I felt afterwards. Thanks Gina I’ll be back for sure. ☯️
As soon as you enter Palm Beach Wellness you are welcomed by a warm, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The Roller, Sauna and Coocoon are my favourites. The decor and beautiful smell of essential oils make it easy to relax and forget the busy world outside. I will be back soon.
