The Burger Bistro

Having opened in the laneway back in 2008 when it was much quieter, the Burger Bistro has managed to bring the hustle and bustle into the area of central Perth. With its cosy atmosphere and warm and friendly service you're made to feel like one of the gang instead of another number in a chain of customers.

At the Burger Bistro, they're committed to making the best quality preservative and additive free burgers to make sure you're keeping yourself healthy. The buns are spelt 'sourdough', which have more protein than common wheat grain so are easily digestible and won't leave you feeling over full and heavy. Their top quality beef is Certified Australian Angus giving it a superior flavour and their free range chickens have a fuller flavour and healthier and leaner meat.

There's an extensive list of beef and chicken burgers, as well as the 'vegie max' and 'chickpea chow down' for the non meat eaters and a no carb option, replacing the bread with a salad for those watching their wasitline. See the full menu for all options.
