The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed ,had a lovely view from balcony ..was about a 20 min walk to get a meal, although you could get food at the Hotel if you wanted to. Only stayed one night but longer would of been good !
What a lovely place to stay! Rooms are spacious and have everything you could need. Lovely and quiet, its nice to be away from the freeway traffic for once. Easy check in and check out. Fun watching all the boats. Would stay again if in the area, to be completely honest I was sad to leave!
My partner organised a stay at Pier 21 and it was such an amazing night! The lady at reception, I believe her name was Tanisha was so lovely and upgraded us to a river view room. She even helped us with our luggage and recommended some good restaurants to try! Breakfast was also great, the chefs did a good job! The rooms were clean and we had a great night!
My wife and I had 2 excellent nights at Pier 21 Apartment Hotel and would highly recommend it. Excellent value for money. The lady at the reception was very nice and accommodative, made us feel so welcome. The kitchen staff were friendly and produced delicious breakfast. We were upgraded and felt like royalty. Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. Everything just spot on, thank you.
Great place to stay we love the pet friendly rooms. Always clean and well appointed. There is always small things that cause a little concern such as the bath type shower could do with a non-slip matt. Also a shower rose on seperate hose would be good for older people. We love the location and your staff are friendly and helpful. We recommend you to everyone. Minor things do not bother us but the slippery shower could cause an issue at some point. Thanks for the great stay.
