Had an exceptional excellent experience!!! My son had a birthday party yesterday and he had the best time even all his friends. They enjoyed the bowling 🎳 to the arcade games to the floor is lava. The party room is a great size to hold these events in. Bianca was very accommodating and went above and beyond making sure we were looked after and we all had a great time. So easy to dealing with an absolutely amazing and very friendly. Thank you for making our experience exceptional and we didnt have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend this place and definitely be back again.
The party host was absolutely amazing👏 Liam + Tiana! So helpful and had everything under control. I would definitely recommend them. The kids had so much fun and really enjoyed every moment! 😊
My son had an amazing time with his buddies for his 10th Birthday (28.6.26). Our party host honestly made it so easy. Samridhi was so lovely dealing with the 13 very excited boys! She was so kind and very flexible and accommodating. Adding in an extra child and a round of tag last minute. Sam was a pleasure to work with and made the afternoon a great success. Thanks Sam
We had my son’s birthday party here today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our party host, Kaia, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. One of my son’s friends was really nervous about playing laser tag, and Kaia took the time to join in with him and help him feel comfortable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference to the little boy’s confidence. Kaia was on time, organised, energetic, and kept the entire party running so smoothly. He handled everything from assisting the kids with the arcade games, to cutting and serving the birthday cake perfectly, cleaning everything up, and making sure everyone was having fun. We never felt rushed or forgotten about. I’ve hosted many children’s parties over the years, and more often than not I’ve ended up doing most of the work myself. Today was completely different. For the first time, I was actually able to relax and enjoy watching the kids have fun because Kaia had everything under control. A huge thank you for making my son’s birthday so special. Kaia is a real credit to your team, and we’ll definitely be back!
We had the most fantastic experience celebrating my son’s birthday at Zone Bowling Joondalup today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our party host, Hayden!!! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly organised, warm, and attentive. He kept the kids engaged the entire time, managed the schedule smoothly, and made sure everything ran stress-free for the husband and I. His energy and patience with the children was truly impressive — every child felt included and excited. What stood out most was the genuine care and enthusiasm he brought to the party. It made such a difference to the overall experience, and my son had an absolute blast. Thank you Hayden!!! ✨ Thank you for helping create such a memorable birthday celebration for Dylan.
