Average fare. Many dishes over battered. Stark decor. At least you can have a conversation without the constant loud chatter associated with many asian restuarants. Menu is relatively inexpensive..good value overall
We had an overall good experience at Plum Valley. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The service was prompt and friendly, making for a very relaxing meal.
