Beautiful environment with sauna and ice bath in a private setting all behind a gate. I love the sauna it is so relaxing and work up a real sweat. The only thing to make this place better would be if they provided something like electrolytes
Jus came back from there. Absolutely loved this place! The whole space is super clean and very pleasant — you can tell they really care about the environment and the experience. The sauna was top quality and the ice bath was just perfect! Such an amazing contrast and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so good, refreshed, and re-energized. Already looking forward to my next visit! 🙌❄️🔥
This place is a real hidden gem. Had my sauna and ice bath experience here and I really enjoyed it. Got clear instructions when I booked online and walked straight through to utilise all the amenities. No need for interaction was a bonus and it felt like my own little space to zen out after a busy week.
I had never used an ice bath or sauna before, but my first experience was amazing! The space is really well-designed and radiates a calming atmosphere. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and trees when you jump into the ice bath. The moment you enter the sauna is now my fave. You may even play your own calming music by pairing your phone with Bluetooth! I was in my element. I will most certainly return after such a fantastic first encounter!
As soon as you step through the gate to Rise and Fall you are instantly transported! It truly feels more like a private resort in Bali than a home business. So incredibly relaxing, the space is perfect in every way, right down to the tiniest details to make the visit as easy, unique and comfortable as possible. Will definitely be making this a regular visit!
