First ever time at Merse and is honestly such a good place. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming from the second I walked in and the whole place just has a really good vibe about it. The facilities are unreal as well, everything is super clean, modern and you can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into the place. The atmosphere was probably my favourite part though, everyone was easy to talk to and it just felt really positive and welcoming. Definitely recommend Merse Wellness in Osborne Park, had a really good experience and will 100% be back.
Absolutely amazing facilities, with three pools set at different temperatures, three different styles of sauna/steam room and salt room. Amazing attention to detail with free amenities including tea and fruit within a beautiful setting. Staff were super friendly and polite and went above and beyond for my experience. As someone who has been to their fair share of wellness spas and bathhouses around Australia, I can definitely say this one was well worth the visit. I will definitely be back!
Great experience! The rejuvenate lounge was relaxing & great to unwind. Love that they provide the option of having massage guns & compression boots as well. It can get a bit loud & social so if you’re looking to unwind & relax, book in for the quiet sessions. The only downside is the floors (like other reviews have stated) are dirty & kinda gross. There’s dirt & hair visible all over the floor. With people walking barefoot I’m pretty sure this dirt gets carried into the pools as well. Might be good to get people to wear their thongs around & take them off entering the pool? Or have the floors cleaned more regularly.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Merse Wellness Centre. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on wellbeing. The team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive - they take the time to really listen and tailor everything to your individual needs. The space itself is beautifully presented, clean, and designed to make you feel instantly at ease. Every detail reflects the high standard of care they provide. I left feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and genuinely looked after. If you’re looking for a place that prioritises both results and a holistic experience, I couldn’t recommend Merse Wellness Centre more highly. Truly five-star service.
This place has honestly become part of our nightly routine as we’re here pretty much every day. Such a relaxing space and always a great atmosphere. Ellie is amazing, always so welcoming and makes the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
