My partner and I tried floating for the first time and it was really relaxing! We both deal with a lot of stress in our day to day lives, so it was incredibly refreshing to turn my brain off. The ambience of this place is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be back
Fantastic knowledgeable staff and treatments are amazing. The Hocatt is hard to explain but had an instant affe t on me...rebalanced me and I haven't felt an ache or pain since.
I have tried the HOCATT twice now and love the clean feeling afterwards. It definitely helped to lower the inflammation in my body and my psoriasis calmed down too. So grateful to find something that works.
I recently finished my package of Light Contour & IR Sauna sessions and I am very pleased to say that I lost several cms from my upper arms and the back of my hips. As well as seeing a marked improvement in the skin of my face, arms and torso. The sessions are relaxing and I felt wonderfully 'detoxed' afterward. I consider them money well invested, especially if you have areas that will not shift through diet and exercise! I subsequently have begun Contrast sessions, and cannot recommend them highly enough! Invigorating, challenging and rewarding. Feel absolutely reborn after them; Inside and out! The sessions available at Beyond Rest are effective and enjoyable, but I think one of the nicest things about attending there is the staff and the atmosphere they have created. It is a trek for me coming from Fremantle, but worth every effort to get there.
