We stayed at New Haus overnight, rooms were clean, reception is at the Hougoumont Hotel, reception staff were very friendly, included is the conti breakfast which is really good and a nice selection and very much worth while. Pleasant stay and will definitely stay again.
Perfect location for exploring Freo. Our room got upgraded when we arrived, which was so nice. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were helpful. We had a pleasant stay and would happily stay again.
A huge thank you to the team at the Hougoumont! I realized I had lost my iPad two days after checking out in Dec 2025. The staff went above and beyond to help me find it. On top of the exceptional service, the rooms were clean and cozy. Excellent service and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in WA!
The perfect location for exploring Freo. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was nice. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were helpful. The only issue we had was a little confusion around parking when we arrived as we didn’t realise it was on the other side of the road at the original building. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay again.
