The location is wonderful; it was bliss sitting out front in the sun and the staff were all very friendly. The bagel was overall delicious; the bun was delightful, the bacon was juicy and flavoursome and the avocado, tomato and spinach were all fresh. Just missing chutney or a sauce to make it perfect. The juice was very refreshing. The bacon and egg burger was likewise very yummy. Bacon was great, egg runny and well cooked, cheese melted and tasty and the chutney was exquisite. The coffee was good, but we asked for extra hot and it wasn’t very hot. Overall, a lovely experience for our first time at Sandbar.
This place is rapidly become a must attend every time I am in Perth. The food as always top notch, while the steak sandwich is the best go to their curries and Pizza are also worth the wait. I have never had a negative experience with the staff either, always know the menus and good recommendations on “what’s good tonight”. Kat was helping me tonight and she was 10/10! Then there is the view! Outside at sunset is pretty special. Drop in at happy hour and the prices will also make you smile. Make sure to go here for dinner at least once!
The Barra Slider Burgers were great, however the fish was a little dry and flaky inside and the sweet potato chips were oily and soggy. Lovely service though and atmosphere
Great staff and service. I stopped in for an event so I can't comment on the food but this place had a great vibe. Great location, menu looks great. Worth checking out for a steak sandwich if you're in the area.
Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! You made my husband's 70th birthday brunch extra special by allocating your back room to our group of 14. Your large screen with rolling surf videos added to the atmosphere. He's a 'die hard' surfer and has surfed in the Scarborough area for 50 years. Staff were friendly and helpful and brekky was delicious. We are very grateful for the experience you gave us.
