First and last time I’ll be ordering from here. Ordered through Uber Eats for my husband and I. His burger was fine and said he liked it. Chips were hand cut style and tasted good, but were cold. (This could have likely been due to the delivery driver.) Mine however - I ordered the Whataburger with a potato bun and ‘GRILLED CHICKEN’ substitute which I paid extra for. Making it a $25+ burger. The chicken that arrived was definitely NOT grilled. It was identical to the ‘fried chicken’ that was in another burger on the menu. Not only did they get it wrong but the taste was DISGUSTING. Tell me how a fried piece of chicken tasted more like fish? The fry oil is clearly dirty and in desperate need of changing because it was overcooked on the outside, slightly pink inside and one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. Not only was it bad, all I could get was a $2.60 refund through uber eats.
The service was great 😃 they were really friendly, not too friendly that it gets awkward. The owner came to us, as we were finishing and asked how the food was. The food was yummy, loved the overloaded fries. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, but didn't read the hot and spicy sauce desorption 😂 my bad. But still it was yummy , the spiciness was tolerable but I took my hubby's Burger😂😂😂 I would recommend the place. The place is Cozy, it helped that it has an open patio and the door was open, it made the (guest) noise not too overwhelming. The place was cool not too warm or too cold. The price were reasonable so I would totally recommend th place.
Came here on a cold night and we set underneath the gas heater on the alfresco area of the restaurant. The food and the drinks were well made and looked really nice. A lot of care was made in cooking and making it and you can tell. Didn’t look sloppy at all. The taste waste yummy but for some reason all the food had a bit of spice to it. Could it be pepper, I don’t know 🤷🏽 Everything was good and was very enjoyable. We came out very happy and full. Just a word of advice don’t order the blue cheese sauce though. It taste more like sour cream and ranch.
Absolutely loved my visit to 4 Mates Bar n Grill in Bassendean! The food was delicious, generous in portion, and full of flavour, you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a casual night out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything came out fresh, and the overall vibe was just spot on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, good vibes, and excellent service. Will definitely be back! 🍔🍻 (@shivbsings)
