We had such a lovely stay at Oaks Perth Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The staff were also amazing , always so friendly, attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Their service really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again! 🤍
Since our first stay in 2024, this hotel has been our top choice every time we visit Perth. It's strategically located in the heart of Perth CBD, just steps from Murray Street Mall, Perth Station, supermarkets, restaurants, and Elizabeth Quay, all within walking distance. The hotel is also known for its spacious rooms with kitchenettes, making it a perfect choice for a multi-day stay, whether for a holiday or a family getaway
Staff were very accommodating, I've made a mistake with our bookings as I accidentally booked it in wrong month, only found out when we arrived at the hotel and was told our bookings was for next month. Fortunately there's room available and just need to pay a bit extra as supposed to be no cancelations and no changes allowed on our bookings. It's my husband's birthday and even given him a bottle of wine, so we're very thanks to the front desk and the manager, even the staff I've spoken from the main office who made the changes possible as well, thank you all, much appreciated.
I recently completed a 6-day stay at the Oaks Perth Hotel, and it was a highly convenient base for exploring the city. It located right in the middle of the city center! It offers incredibly easy access to the Perth Underground, making getting around the city a breeze. You are spoiled for choice here—there are plenty of shops and great restaurants just a short walk away. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. A huge plus was the kitchenette setup, which allowed us to do some simple cooking during our stay. Keep in mind that they do not provide daily room service, which was fine for us but good for future guests to know. The only major downside was the air-conditioning unit. It desperately needs servicing. The fan blowers were heavily covered in dust, which made the unit very noisy throughout our stay. Aside from the noisy climate control, we had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back and stay here again, provided the hotel resolves the air-conditioning maintenance issue.
Perfectly located in the CBD. A very easy walk from the rail underground and more local eateries within walking distance than I could try. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms have been maintained nicely. Very quiet at night. The only downside is the shower water pressure. It is very light.
