We have been wanting to try this lovely wine bar since it opened and had a brilliant night. The staff were beyond helpful, the live music was great, and the food and wine both exceptional. We look forward to returning soon and sharing the experience with others 😊 Well done you guys, it’s just what the stretch needed! Oozing cool….
I have been wanting to try this place since it opened , me and my partner finally went there 2 weeks ago, the atmosphere was great, live saxophone on a Saturday night, super speedy service, food was amazing, and the cocktails were next level, our favourite was the lady bessie, we had to order it twice! Can’t wait to come back.
Called in for a drink after a shopping trip and having had a couple of amazing cocktails and met some lovely staff we went back a few days later and made a night of it. Great spot, great drinks what more needs to be said other than give this place a try
Fantastic new spot, recently opened in the esplanade, great view of the beach! Really yummy food, all locally sourced and supporting WA. Loved the roast chicken and the crudo especially, and the server did an excellent job recommending wine pairings. They were also very informative about how the dishes were prepared. As someone with allergies, the team also did a great job, informing me about my options and making me feel safe to eat there.
Really enjoyed this place!!! 1. House Cocktail (Tequila) Loved it. Super tasty, smooth, not strong at all, kind of like a premium Gatorade, almost a professional punch vibe. You can tell the ingredients were mixed properly; the flavour is amazing. It was perfect with the oysters to start. 2. Oysters Really good. They come with a very different topping, almost like a savoury sorbet, and it works so well. Definitely worth trying. 3. Steak Tartare Seriously delicious. The pickles give it a fun twist, and it even has that funny Big Mac vibe (in a surprisingly good way!). Super tasty. 4. Main – Steak + Plum Salad The steak was excellent — cooked right and full of flavour. And the plum salad was the perfect match: fresh, light, and balanced everything really well. 5. Dessert – Chocolate & Strawberry The highlight at the end. So good, not overly sweet, just right. The venue is gorgeous!! The whole bar looks freshly renovated, really well done. And the wine list is amazing, lots of great options. Scarborough doesn’t have many good restaurants, so this spot finally lifts the level around here. Hopefully, the other places nearby follow the same standard, because most of them are way more about drinks than good food. This one is a much needed upgrade for the neighbourhood.
